Option 1 – K’gari Day Trip (Fraser Island)

Join us for an exciting day trip to Fraser Island.

We are planning a private bus tour to K’gari where we will get to see and enjoy the highlights of the famous island including the breath-taking crystal clear Lake McKenzie!

The cost of this special day trip is around $200 and includes lunch, ferry transfers, national park fees, and transport on the island.

Option 2 – Beach day and local adventures 

Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach
Get up early for a trip to Tin Can Bay for local dolphin feeding
Try your hand with a standup paddleboarding tour
Go on sand surfing safari
Go 4-wheel driving or horseriding along the famous shoreline

Saturday night 

7pm- Two Course Group Dinner at Rainbow Beach Hotel (included)
Late night board games in the penthouse

Grab a breaky at one of the great nearby cafes or get up early and check out the dolphin feeding at Tin Can Bay.

Some of the group may like to make their weekend linger with more beach time before heading back home.

Accommodation

• We are staying at Plantation Resort in the heart of Rainbow Beach
• Tom Social has secured a range of apartments with king rooms with ensuite and rooms with 2 single beds (no bunks).
• The venue is located with a beach front location in the center of town
• We are reserving king rooms for couples first – but will open up to individuals as an optional upgrade closer to the event.
• Room allocations will be finalised closer to the event, although you can make requests when purchasing your ticket.
• If you want to arrange your own private accommodation you can purchase a  DIY ticket which includes group dinners only.

Includes booking fees. 

• Single standard (ground floor) 
  $275 per person includes: single bed accommodation in shared ground floor resort apartment, two-course dinners (x2) and welcome pack.
  Early bird offer [SOLD OUT]- only $235 until sold out.
• Single Deluxe (ocean view) 
  $295 per person includes: single bed accommodation in shared ground floor resort apartment, two-course dinners (x2) and welcome pack.
  Early bird offer [SOLD OUT] – only $255 if booked before August 31 or until sold out.
  Second release offer – $270 until August 31 or until sold out.
• Couples platinum package (master bedroom with hot tub)
  $580 per couple includes: king bed in master with private hot tub in shared resort apartment, two-course dinners and welcome packs.
  Early bird offer [SOLD OUT] – only $535 per couple if booked before August 31 or until sold out.
  Second release offer – $555 per couple until August 31 or until sold out.
• DIY accommodation
  $70 per person for option to arrange your own accommodation but still join-in on group activities including two-course dinners (x2).

Everyone who books will receive a ‘preferences questionnaire’ closer to the event which will seek information about car pooling, sharing arrangements and food allergies.

Bookings for the Fraser Island Day Trip will open in the coming weeks. Other activities must be booked privately.

A full information pack which will provide details about activity schedules, menus, what to wear and what to bring and more will also be provided closer to the event.

Tickets are non-refundable including in adverse weather.
