North Stradbroke Island

It is time to experience North Stradbroke Island in all it’s golden glory with Tom Social’s special island day trip!

We’ll catch a 25-minute ferry from Cleveland to Dunwich before tracking around the island in our own exclusive bus to the stunning Point Lookout.

If you have never been to Point Lookout, you are in for a real treat. Think crystal blue ocean, kangaroos by the grassy cliffs and one of the best views out to sea in Australia.

We’ll explore the area by going on the gorgeous North Gorge Walk, having an optional beach swim and tucking into a picnic lunch near the local eateries (bakery and fish and chips). You are welcome to bring your own lunch if those options don’t tickle your fancy.

While the group will likely stay in the Point Lookout area, you are also free to venture to other parts of the island.

Tickets are on sale now and are limited so get in asap. Tickets include ferry transfers and exclusive island bus, you are responsible for your own lunch.

If adverse weather is forecast, a decision will be made the day prior to postpone or proceed with the trip.

Important information

• Ferry departs from the SeaLink terminal located at 12 Emmett Drive, Cleveland. (30min walk from the train station)
• Those arriving by train, Tom Social can collect you from the train station at 8:30 and shuttle you to the ferry terminal. (Please makes sure you are on the train that arrives at 8:20 into Cleveland station.)
• The ferry will depart at 8:55am, you are responsible for making sure you are there on time as we won’t be able to wait for late arrivals.
• We will return to Cleveland on the 3:55pm ferry getting us back to Cleveland around 4:30pm.

• Hat and sunscreen
• Water bottle
• Beach towel and swimmers (optional)
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Food and snacks if not wanting to purchase lunch
• Optional- Picnic blanket/ shade for the beach/ beach chairs/ beach games
