Terms of Service

All Tom Social activities which you or your guest(s) take part in are done at your own risk and Tom Social accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of such activities or your participation in them.

Tom Social is an active social club and relies on your judgment to make sure that members and their guest(s) are fit enough and have the necessary skills to take part in any of our activities.

Tom Social is under no obligation to make insurance arrangements for you or your guest(s) in respect to any of our activities you take part in.

Tom Social reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member who, in its judgement, does not abide by the Tom Social Members’ Code.

Tom Social reserves the right to amend or add to its Tom Social Members’ Code at any time. Any changes will apply to all members regardless of date of joining.

Tom Social is under no obligation to make refunds to any member or their guest(s) for payments made by them for membership or for events for which they fail to attend for whatever reason.

Tom Social reserves the right to cancel or rearrange events. In the unlikely event of this happening, full refunds will be made to those members and their guests who have already paid.

By joining Tom Social you agree to participate in any publicity about the club and its events unless you specify otherwise in writing.

Tom Social accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any harm or injury caused to you, your guest(s), your property or anyone else, or their property, as a result of alcoholic intoxication or the taking of illegal substances at a Tom Social event.

Membership fees

You can cancel your Tom Social membership at any time with no cancellation fee, however, any membership fees which have already been paid are not refundable.

Members undertaking a free trial period will not be charged until the end of their trial period.

Your membership fee does not cover expenses incurred by you at events like drinks, food, travel, etc or the cost of tickets for events unless stated otherwise.
